Hydraulic Circuit Diagram for Surface Grinding Machine |
The hydraulic circuit of the surface grinding machine consist of
- Double acting hydraulic cylinder
- Pilot operated direction control valve (DCV)
- Pilot valves
- Oil reservoir
- Pressure relief valve
The hydraulic circuit of the surface grinding machine utilizes a power pack to supply pressurized oil, one pilot-operated direction control valve which decides the direction of the flow of pressurized oil and a double-acting cylinder with the double piston rod.
The piston rods on both sides are mechanically coupled with the table of the machine. There are two roller actuated pilot valves, which are actuated by cams fitted to the table.
These valves provide the pilot impulse to the main valve, thus deciding the position of the main valve and hence the direction of motion of the cylinder and consequently motion of the table.
Every time either of the pilot valves is pressed by the cam. The cam positions are adjustable, which decides the stroke length movement of the table.
