The small house has a structure that combines traditional with modern architectural elements. In this way, the main access to the house has a gánok-type portico, made up of wooden columns and a cantilevered ceiling that is the continuation of the main two-story roof. Let’s see below the profile of the house to analyze the contrast:

The profile facade is made up practically entirely of glass, which allows not only to expand the visuals from the interior to the exterior but also to have the environments well-lit naturally. From the aesthetic point of view, it provides modernity and a smooth transition from the traditional.

On the side facade 2, we can see that they have very small windows. This is a measure of protection against the cold of winter in areas such as the bedrooms. In warm climates, it would be necessary to enlarge the windows and try to have cross ventilation.

In the first one, a small social area has been designed consisting of a living room, dining room, and kitchenette in the same environment, on this level a bedroom with a bathroom included has also been designed.

The designers have also created a space to store bicycles or motorcycles, as well as a tool room -alternatively- in country houses far from the city, this type of space could be used as a pantry.

The interior of the house is monochromatic with a light beige tone, part of the gabled roof has openings that allow more natural light to enter, and the floors are polished concrete. Many houses in https://www.skymarketing.com.pk/new-city-paradise/  have monochromatic interiors.

The bedroom located on the mezzanine has natural-tone wood on the floors, and the tub and sink area has been defined with a black and white ceramic floor. As a detail, we can see the inclusion of an opening in the ceiling that provides good lighting and is an interesting visual point that invites you to relax in this toilet area.
