Large screens characterize this area even at the back of the stairs (see photos of the facade and interiors); In front of the living room – dining room, a large U-shaped terrace has been designed.

On the first floor, we also find a small study room or office, a laundry room (next to the kitchen), and a 1/2 bathroom.

Photos of the Modern Facade that Combines Concrete and Steel

Main facade
Main facade

The façade is made up of two rectangular volumes. The second floor protrudes slightly from the base structure. The exposed concrete has been harmoniously combined with sheets of corten steel whose metal alloy and humidification create a reddish-colored layer very similar to wood.

The main visuals have been oriented towards the garden, and large windows have been created on both the first and second floors, allowing a beautiful view of the outside.

Side façade (parking side)

The house has an exposed concrete perimeter fence along the main façade. Apart from the protection it gives, it generates a free space around the construction which has allowed the terrace to be extended (see first-floor plans). It is also possible to turn free space into an interior garden.

One of the characteristics of this house is its illuminated interior environment. For this purpose -on the first floor- windows have been created on three sides of the construction, with this it has been possible to have better views towards the garden, on the second floor the windows are oriented -only- towards the front (see the first photo of the façade).

Interior Design

The interior of the house looks spacious and illuminated with equipment that has classic reminiscences, such as a set of furniture and floor lamps. The interior walls and ceilings show off exposed concrete following the same pattern applied outdoors. This design is frequent in https://www.skymarketing.com.pk/faisal-town-phase-2/  homes.
